2nd day air. (Ewephoric! may use other ground carriers such as DHL or Federal Express in lieu of UPS.)

A correct email address and telephone number MUST be supplied with your order so that we can notify you of the shipment or backorders. Orders shipped via DHL will be sent an automated notice from them when your order is shipped.  Correct email addresses are vital! The Ewephoric! MAIL ORDERS: Ewephoric! offers a Mail Order option on this shopping cart. You may
send check, money order or cashiers check in lieu of using your credit
card to our address supplied on this page and the order page. After
you go through checkout you will be instructed to print the page when
you are finished and this page may be submitted with your payment.
Payment not received within 60 days of placing the internet~mail
check option order will result in the order being cancelled unless we
hear from you. You will be notified of the order cancellation.

PHONE ORDERS: Any product offered on our website may be ordered using our toll free
number. We will process your order using your VISA or Mastercard as
payment. Marlene Bell will personally process this order for you. Our
hours are 7 days a week from 8 AM to 7 PM Pacific Standard Time.
In the instance that we are not available to answer the telephone our
answering machine will take your information or telephone number so
that we can return your call. You may also call us for product

ORDER BY FAX: You may print out an order from our website shopping cart and send

DELIVERY: Shipment will be made via UPS, DHL, FED EX or Priority Mail. Internet orders paid
for by Credit card will be shipped within 2-3 working days. 2nd Day
Air Shipments placed before Noon PST will ship same day or the
following work day. Items out of stock and backordered will ship
when they are available again. You will be notified of any backorders via
email. INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS will require additional
postage (usually) than what is offered on the shopping cart. We ship
via the postal service for all shipments to other countries. Our toll
free number does not work in some countries. International orders
may call us at: 1(661)746-0770 with any questions about placing an
order with Ewephoric! Orders placed by Mail will ship when the
check clears if a personal check is used for payment. Approximately 10 days
is required for clearance. We will send you an email when your mail order is received.

LAMBING SEASON: During the Spring and Fall months Ewephoric! is in the midst of
lambing out the Dorset Flock of sheep. We will do everything possible
to ship your orders as quickly as we can, but during lambing we may
delay your order a few days. Air shipments during that time are
recommended to call in for scheduled shipping dates.

SHEEP AWARDS & COMMISSIONED ART:  Marlene Bell offers her artwork for special events or sheep related personal gifts. She frequently does Sheep Show Awards and Border
Collie Trial Gifts for upcoming events around the United States. If you
have a special request or would like a show award related to the
sheep industry, she will be more than happy to speak to you about her

attachments via email. We require a photo or sample of the item(s) with complete descriptions and wholesale pricing for your items to be considered.
